SHIPPING AND LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY

InClutch Health is headquartered in Marysville, Kansas. We currently offer standard shipping, local delivery, and local pickup options to provide flexibility for our customers.

LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer free local delivery within a 20-mile radius of Marysville, Kansas.

Local deliveries are fulfilled on designated route days based on geographic direction in order to maximize efficiency and ensure reliable service:

• East and South route deliveries are typically fulfilled on Tuesdays.
• North and West route deliveries are typically fulfilled on Fridays.

Orders are grouped by direction to maintain consistency and reduce unnecessary travel. While deliveries are scheduled according to these route days, orders may arrive earlier than the designated delivery day if route planning and availability allow.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to adjust delivery schedules as needed due to weather, road conditions, order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers outside of the 20-mile delivery radius will be required to select standard shipping at checkout.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available upon request. Customers selecting local pickup will receive an email notification with pickup instructions once the order is ready.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders outside the 20-mile delivery radius will be shipped via a third-party carrier. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

RISK OF LOSS

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout or transferred to a shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
